HAVE YOUR SAY > Bring back happy days soon as possible.

This valuable childcare facility should be considered by the authorities to be an absolute necessity. Disruption to the continuity of care and the social wellbeing of the children must be kept to a minimum time scale.
I am mortified that I am 'victim' yet again. ( From the previous closing of the KIngs Club fiasco! ) My daughter and I have experienced an abrupt end to my much relied on child care provision with no apparent thought to the turmoil and worry its brought ( not brought on knowingly by happy days I must point out ) . I am a single working mum with limited family backup who has found the ideal care setting for my daughter's needs for after school.
This excellent service has prooved beyond doubt to be a well organised inovative service. Happy days have demonstrated an excellent child centred approach to the needs of children and provide affordable flexibility of care provision focused around busy working parents.
To authorities in the driving seat , please please hurry through the legalities of the situation. My daughter is missing her friends and all that Happy Days provided.
Well done martin for your excellent handling of the situation and being so positively informative and driving things forward at a most troubling time.
Children are now left in a most vunerable and compromising situation experiencing parents struggling with childcare . It is ironic that the immediate closure was made to protect and safeguard the children in the interest of insurance, quite rightly so to a point. However, for a well estabolished facility already in place there should have been a 'fast track' system all ready in place for these eventualities and overlooked circumstancies. The process needs review but I am grateful that all is been done that can be done . Come back Happy days , we all need you. We must support local amenities in turbulent times.

Thank you Alison for your kind words, we are very lucky to have the full support of Marshland Primary School & Early Years, they understand the importance to the community that we open as soon as possible. I believe the only reason things have not been "fast tracked" yet is the fact that we had to close so close to the Easter Holidays. I hope things start moving fast on Monday when everywhere opens back up.
